Heating and Air Conditioning offers a Preventive Maintenance Agreement for an annual fee. 

The service consists of a minimum of two system checks ("tune-ups") per year.

One in the spring and one in the fall,

to ensure your

Heating and Air Conditioning

are operating clean and smoothly.

The purpose is to fully service your system routinely, giving you peace of mind.

Making sure the filters are replaced and the outdoor unit is washed clean.

Making sure the condensate drain is free and clear ensuring proper draining.

We inspect parts, components, and operating pressures on the system looking for wear, weakness, or leakage to give you a heads up and recommendations on repairs if they are necessary.

We aim to ensure prolonged life of the equipment and reduce operating costs, while ensuring safety.

Not all things can be caught on a maintenance service

but most things can.

Becoming a P.M. Customer gives you priority  Emergency service, and 10% discount on all parts and labor.
